Independent Pilots Association The Independent Pilots Association is a collective of capsuleers from all across New Eden loosely bound by the following. The IPA agree to: 1. Maintain a neutral standing on all groups that follow basic wormhole etiquette. 2. Ensure that you cannot be declared a war target. IPA Members agree to: 1. Ensure that you register as an active pilot at least once every 3 months. 2. Not kill pilots with good standing in Arcturus Prime. 3. Maintain a standard of good conduct. 4. If participating in any IPA fleet to abide by the fleet commanders rules. We offer: 1. 5% tax on bounties and mission rewards 2. Access to our Planetary Industry system with a low tax rate (4%) 3. Active Corporation chat and Discord server All are welcome regardless of if you want to get involved or simply be left alone to do your own thing so feel free to drop in an application and we will approve it as soon as possible.
