Agency VII-1 is a rogue organization operating out of lowsec space. Founded by Jessica Reiss in the wake of her surprise departure from the highly respected Halcyon Directive, former member corporation of Electus Matari, rumor has it that her allegiance to the Tribal Liberation Force was abruptly severed following a negligent friendly-fire altercation with TLF forces in the Frerstorn Solar System which resulted in the untimely death of 648 HCYON crew members aboard the HSC-1 Spiritbreaker. The blowback from this tragic event has been irreparable. While the objectives of Agency VII-1 remain undisclosed at this time, recent activity in and around the Eugidi Constellation suggest the corporation is involved in a joint venture with Sovereignty Zero to fulfill local support and bounty contracts within Metropolis and its neighboring regions.
